Oh No - I Know You Didn't...

Used to Have? Sense of Humor? Have You Lost Your Mind?
I really love the sense of humor that some folks used to have,
before they found out they couldn't have that sense of humor anymore.
Most of them are just taking themselves way too seriously trying to
live up to some image that they believe is imposed upon them from
"on high." Where their sense of humor went is hard to say, I know
God didn't suck it out of them, God puts laughter in, not takes it out!
So we know it couldn't be that? Maybe they just have gotten so burned
out watching all the stuff on the television, that they've lost their
ability to listen to really good D.J.'s on the radio, a good friend
of mine is a D.J. and he really has a nutty sense of humor - and NO
Chris Voss, that isn't you, although if you want to see nutty sense of
humor in action, Chris ain' bad, NO, this feller that is a friend of
mine is local to Shreveport Louisiana, goes by Gary Robinson, has a
morning show, I think, which means, he needs a sense of humor. Chris
on the other hand, does his show 24/7, so most days, his head is so
fried, it's hard to imagine him not cracking up laughing. Gary is
doin' it every mornin' that I can get him on the dial, and he is just
excellent for making your morning "get up and get after it." Chris
is wonderful anytime...and they both are examples of laughter that
makes my head hurt less, but that's another joke for another day,
when my wife can't read it and the fryin' pans are put away...
"put the pan down honey...and step away from the counter..."
And The Humor Just Keeps On Rollin'
So it seemed like a day like any other day, kind of getting colder,
the wind made it that way, and there wasn't alot going on, other than,
listening to folks all around me seem down; which is when it occured
to me to "call Chriss man, he'll have something goin' on..." Now usually
I try to respect the fact that Chris is big time, Mr. Business, and he's
usually going to be doing something that I ought to not bug him about.
Chris, of course, always says, "hey man, call me anytime." Which he
knows the good dr. ain' gonna do, on account a his name is...Chris.
I'd said the day previous on Twitter that I might buzz him, a DM
(for the Twitter less among us...that's a Direct Message- which doesn't
get seen by everybody in Twitvil...we hope...) havin' gone his way to
that effect. So Chris naturally didn't answer on the first try...see if
they know "yer" comin' - right?
"They Did What?"
"Chris, this is Dana...how's it goin' man?"
"Ah hey, dude, it's goin' great man, how you doin?"
"Chris you just wouldn't believe all the good stuff goin' on here,
man I can't even imagine it...sometimes...myself..."
And it's one, we will exchange some ideas, some non sense,
and then I get down to the serious sales call bit, which Chris
being a gentlemen, puts up with. Then it happens, as we are
getting into the dynamics of selling I share with Chris that
perception, ah, perception, counts huge...he says "how so man?"
I say, "ever hear of operation "Dynamo drop?"
He says, "can't say as I have, what's a Dynamo drop?"
I say, "WWII, we take a bunch of rubbers that are extra large,
marked the crates as small, and dropped them near the
Russian German front."
"Nuh huh, we didn't ..." I didn't respond ...so he got that it was
real, but asked, "you aren't joking, your serious?"
"Yeah man...it really happened...that really went down..."
Bad, bad, choice of terms, but...he got the point, and was laughin'
a little, sort of chucklin'...I finished it off, "imagine their faces
when they saw those boxes marked "small" and then took out
those balloons? They musta' swore off messin' with us right
then and there, ya reckon?" You can finish this one...but thought
you might enjoy it...have a great day...HEY...do a dynamo drop on
somebody ya love...ooh...bad choice of terms again, huh? Well you
get my meanin' ...help 'em laugh out there folks...we need it...

Deep - That Is What She Called It - Secret Huh?

Look you can't make this stuff up, nobody is that creative.
Somebody honestly sat around and thought this stuff up, they
actually tested it, and came up with the theory that this
entry talks about. It is a very good guide, it has worked
for me many times and my hope in sharing it with you is that
it will somehow provide you some insight that will help you?

“You need to tell me about these people, I love these discussions but it isn't fair to keep me hanging on without telling me about these mysterious people, who are they?”
Her anxious, sitting forward nature really brought out the “fixer” in me, someone said once that men want to fix stuff, it's what we're like, so when women are just talking things through, we want to fix them; so we suggest solutions, which isn't what they want to hear, seems to me that might've been Dr. John Gray, who, turns out, would be, one of “those” people.
“Let's say that the people that we're talking about aren't strange or odd, and they aren't conspirators, that isn't what Rhonda Byrne meant when she said that people needed to know this and didn't.”
“Well then fine,” She was listening pretty attentively, I knew I should go on...
“When she realized that people didn't understand the law of attraction, she was flabbergasted...”
“She was what?”
“Flabbergasted, it means...” “I know,” she quipped in, “what it means, you get my question?”
“Sure, in many ways your question was hers, why didn't people generally know this, like they would know other laws of physics? Oddly, that is precisely what many quantum physics scientists are alluding to, that is there is something deeper at work, Byrne and others just maintain that this law which they have established as the law of attraction is what is at work.”
“This sounds a bit, out there, it really does...”
“Which is why I had you look at Dr. Wolf's stuff, he's a peer reviewed quantum physics scientist, but he isn't the only one, check out this list of people who believe as Byrne and others do: Ludwig van Beethoven, Alexander Graham Bell, Joseph Campbell, Andrew Carnegie. Winston Churchill, Robert Collier, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry Ford, Victor Hugo, Carl Jung, Martin Luther King, Issac Newton, Plato, W. Clement Stone and there are many others of the past greats.” “OK, so those are some pretty impressive past greats, would I recognize any of the people who weren't past greats?”
“First there is one I want to call to your attention, because he is one awesome individual, his name is Hermes Trismegistus, he is associated with something called, “the emerald tablet,” and it contains a fascinating statement “as above, so below, as within, so without,”
“That sounds sort of mystical...” But she wasn't frowning, so I continued, “what I find interesting about him is the name you might recognize, it's his Arabian name,”
“Arabian? You don't speak...”
“No, no, I know that, it's just that, this is cool, his Arabian name is...Enoch.”
(see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermes_Trismegistus and other resources...)
“Oh, you can't be serious, I've heard of him, isn't he that guy in the Bible? That one that...”
“Yup, that's the one, you know the story?” “Doesn't it say that he just dissapeared or something?”
“That's the one, pretty much different isn't it?”
“So he was a person who believed in this force of attraction?”
“Law of attraction...”
“Pick, pick, pick, you know what I mean...”
“Yes, apparently his tablet is one of the earliest mentions of how this works, would you like to know more?” She had that look which said “does a squirrel eat nuts?” So it seemed smart to me to try and get into the modern folks and see if she recognized some of them? These people who are so much about leading the world out of the most deadly virus that has ever hit the earth, and nobody, well, let's say, very few, even realized this plague was upon us, and in fact, we're suffering under it right now!

One Thing - Please Make Sense

If you've had the experience of trying new stuff out, sometimes,
after spending a bit more for it than you'd like, to where, when
it doesn't work, you do take it back, or make that call, you know,
the one we all really hate to make; "hello is this tech support?"
Imagine then that in writing it's a little bit like that, and a lot
feeling wise, like that for the reader. When you take in these
words, they get you curious; you wonder where it's going, and
right about now, you are hoping it's going to make sense. Those
are the feelings that are standard issue to us all, I read a lot of
blogs, and even follow a few mentors on the web; for example,
Chris Voss, who has a marvelous blog called "The Chris Voss Show,"
Chris is fantastic, cutting edge, marvelous, and a genius that I
follow and respect. About half way through Chris's stuff, however,
is usually when I start hoping it is going to be worth it, and guess
what, he's never let me down, yet. Nor will I you, so hang on
there partner 'cause it's gonna get with it! (Jim Carey voice there...)

The following is worth...hang on gang..here it comes...$1295.00...
It will cost you...HANG ON...WAIT FOR IT.... $0.00 --How come?
Simple...it's a come on...I want you to look over this graphic and
it's mind blowing information...that you've probably not seen anywhere
else, and then...consider the seven points with it, and then realize,
"Gad zooks, this is powerful stuff..." AND THEN...go to drd4u.com
and subscribe for about $4.95...and guess what...you will instantly
get MORE...much, much, more...but don't take my word for it, step
off into the fun right here, right now, for free...and take it from there...
SO...HERE WE GO...
WHY THEY SELL AND YOU DON'T
1. They know this material.
2. They know their people.
3. They combine those two.
The reason people will buy what you are selling is because first
you get what is following on the graphic, and second, they feel like
you get them, like I get you, you're a little curious, you've heard all
this sort of stuff before, but, this is just a tad different, isn't it?
A bit stronger...know why? This material was learned over many
years, I'm in my fifties now, and have had years and years of highly
technical training from masters in the craft, and a huge amount of
success because of it, I've had three careers, been successful, and
failed, and got back up, and failed again, and got back up, and, failed
again, and got back up and...see a pattern here? Guess what, no
matter where a person is, they won't be there tomorrow.
Mastering your success in selling your people to themselves,
be it as purchasers of your product, or, as fellow travelers with
your product, is all about getting back up and being willing to try.
You won't always succeed (shocking fact isn't it?) but you will not
fail, if you continue to try. So here is that graphic, let's see if this
can't get you to thinking a bit about really having the success you want.

You may not understand these terms, so let's very quickly now,
go over them: 1. A new situation is one you haven't been in before-
you have no emotional frame of reference for it. This is important,
the emotional frame of reference is new, the feeling is, "I wasn't ready
for this to happen right now." 2. Concrete Experience - one which
has emotion in it! Feeling of "Yippee this is fantastic," or even, "OMG!"
Pretty sure you get it? 3. Publish and Process - about the concrete
experience, people talk about what they feel about. 4. Generalize
about the concrete experience, people will tend to feel one way or
the other in general it was good or bad, of the concrete experience.
5. Plan contingency - this is thinking through what to do the next
time such a situation presents itself. 6. Implement plan - which
brings us to a - New Situation 1. It is a circle of learning, but it
is also so much more. This is not only how and why people learn,
but it is also the depth chart on how that keeps coming up, and
why and how people communicate about the events in our lives.
We all go through this, but there is more in this when you get into
the details of what makes up a concrete experience, than we can
cover here in the blog. Believe me, we have tons more to share and
to assist you in getting ideas about how to stimulate your customers
concrete experiences as they visit your pages or stores, or blogs. So
what was our deal? That's right, I save you the cost on the course,
shucks if you ain' happy we gonna even give the denaro back to ya,
can't have folks unhappy...BUT...while we are there...ever hear
anybody gripe about our stuff? Nope...that's cause we good babe...
we got the goods goin' on for ya...check us out and see if it ain' so...
Until then...this is drd sayin' it's been ...and it will be again, in 2010!
